PicMonkey Pulls Photos from More Places!

PicMonkey is extending its friendly hand further across the pict-o-sphere so you can access all your photos more easily and start editing faster. You can now pull photos directly from your Flickr and Facebook accounts, in addition to Dropbox and your computer’s hard drive.

On the home page, hover your mouse over “Edit a Photo” or “Create a Collage.” Click the little arrow in a circle and your photo storage options show up as buttons below it.

Click one of the storage options and connect to the service. All your pictures stored by that service will appear in a viewer. The buttons across the top show the other storage options, so you can bounce around between them. Access to every photo everywhere: photo domination is yours for the having!

When you’re done editing, you can share your images, as always, to Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Flickr, Tumblr, Dropbox, or shoot them across time and space in one of those newfangled email messages. And, of course, you can save photos to your computer or DropBox.

So that task you’ve been meaning to get to — consolidating all your photos into one location — is completely unnecessary. You know what this means: organizing your sock drawer just got bumped up the list. Sorreeee!
